This semi-detached family home is brought to market in immaculate condition, decorated in contemporary neutrals, it offers generous accommodation in a quiet residential area just six miles south of Edinburgh city centre.
All the ground floor rooms are dual aspect, making them bright and light all day long. Entered through a spacious hallway with wood effect flooring and three large storag cupboards, the living room opens to the right with views to the front and patio doors opening to the patio area and rear garden. On the other side is the kitchen/diner, giving the house a pleasing balance. Modern cabinets in white are complemented by wood effect worktops, integrated appliances include a dishwasher, fridge freezer and Zanussi oven at eye level, and gas hob, the floor is vinyl. Upstairs the generous layout continues.
The principal bedroom with its ensuite shower spans the width of the house, while a family bathroom serves two more good sized doubles. Both bathrooms are finished to a high standard with white sanitary wear and stone effect tiles. To the front, bedroom two has built-in wardrobes and shelves, bedroom three is currently used as a home office and looks to the rear. Outside the garden has a low-maintenance lawn and patio right outside the house, while an additional area opens around the corner providing rear access, a shed and off-road parking space.
