Based in our North Berwick Property Shop, the team brings together a wealth of experience across property sales, marketing, negotiation and client care. And in 2026, we were delighted to welcome the newest member of the team, Jemma, who has quickly become an important part of our busy estate agency operation.

Cameron Thomson – Property Manager

Born and raised in North Berwick, Cameron joined Paris Steele in 2025 from Sturrock, Armstrong & Thomson, where he managed the full sales process, from valuations and marketing through to negotiating offers. He also completed the SPC Property Practice Certification Course, giving him a strong grounding in estate agency, property law, marketing and conveyancing.

Outside work, Cameron is a keen sports enthusiast and enjoys playing, watching and talking about sport. He also enjoys getting outdoors and ticking off Scotland's Munros.

Angela – Senior Property Sales Negotiator

Angela joined Paris Steele in 2015 and is a highly valued and experienced member of our Property Team. She works closely with clients throughout the sales process, from preparing property marketing and handling enquiries to agreeing closing dates, negotiating offers and keeping sellers informed.

Away from work, Angela enjoys walking her cockapoo on East Lothian's beaches, gardening and attempting to revive her rusty Spanish.

Carole – Senior Property Sales Negotiator

A North Berwick resident, Carole has more than ten years' experience in the East Lothian property market. She guides clients through every stage of marketing their property, keeping them updated and negotiating successful offers on their behalf.

When she's not helping clients, Carole enjoys live music, dance classes and spending time in her garden.

Jemma – Property Sales Negotiator

Jemma joined Paris Steele in 2026 and brings a varied background in events management and property. After working in lettings at Rettie and spending four and a half years with Blair Caddell in Edinburgh, she brings valuable experience and enthusiasm to her role.

Jemma helps the team manage property marketing, purchaser enquiries, closing dates and offers, while ensuring clients are kept informed throughout the process.

Outside work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, getting outdoors, relaxing at the beach and attending gym classes.

Nicola – Property Sales Associate

Nicola supports the wider estate agency team conducting property valuations and coordinating viewings and pre-market processes across departments. With a background in residential sales and marketing communications, she brings several years of experience and a strong commitment to first-class client service.

In 2026, Nicola also successfully completed the Propertymark Level 6 CIPA Sales – Level 3 Certificate in Property Agency, further strengthening her professional knowledge.

Lorna – Property Sales Coordinator

Lorna joined Paris Steele in 2022 as part of the Reception Team before moving into her current role as Property Sales Coordinator. She coordinates viewings and pre-market processes, helping ensure every client receives a seamless and professional service.

Outside work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring North Berwick and getting away on holiday – preferably somewhere warm and coastal.
