Nicola is based in the North Berwick office as part of the estate agency team. In her role as Property Sales Associate, she supports the Property Manager and conducts property valuations, while also coordinating viewings and pre-market processes across departments to ensure clients experience a seamless and professional property journey. With a background in residential sales and marketing communications, Nicola brings several years of expertise and a passion for delivering first-class client service. She is currently undertaking the Propertymark – Level 3 Certificate in Property Agency to further enhance her professional knowledge and expertise within the industry. Outside of work, Nicola enjoys exploring East Lothian’s stunning coastline, spending time with friends and family, and proudly supporting her daughter in competitive swimming.
