Nicola is based in the North Berwick office as part of the Property Team. In her role as Property Sales Associate, she supports the team across all aspects of the sales process, assisting the Property Manager and helping to prepare properties for marketing, including anti-money laundering processing. She also helps coordinate viewings, obtain feedback and liaise across departments to ensure clients experience a seamless and professional property journey. With a background in residential sales and marketing communications, Nicola brings several years of experience and a passion for delivering first-class client service. She completed the Propertymark – Level 3 Certificate in Property Agency in 2026 to further enhance her professional knowledge and expertise within the industry. Outside of work, Nicola enjoys exploring East Lothian’s stunning coastline, spending time with friends and family, and proudly supporting her daughter in competitive swimming.
